For too long, skincare has been dominated by airbrushed perfection, filtered images, and impossible promises. We believed it was time for something different: real people, real results, real skin confidence.

A new kind of photoshoot...
We invited Daisy to Hackney Studios to capture a portrait of her new-found confidence. The brief for the photoshoot was simple: real people, real skin. No retouching, filters or makeup. In a world where we’re still surrounded by retouched images of people with perfect skin and coated in makeup, this photoshoot was all about breaking the myth of perfect skin.
…and the ultimate skin-confidence test.
Next, we took Daisy to Leicester Square. Blindfolded, she was led to one of the biggest screens in London, where her portrait was revealed. Speechless, she eventually recovered to say “This feels like a proud moment! My whole self-worth was based on my skin and I never thought I would be confident or happy enough to do something like this.”
Our founder Nic Taylor was there too. “As anyone who’s suffered from skin concerns knows, to have your face blown up on a 60ft screen isn’t something you’d be particularly delighted about. So to see Daisy’s reactions to that and her not only not be horrified, but be actually delighted by it… it’s just incredible.”

This campaign isn’t about creating glossy adverts or hiring models. It’s about showing real people who’ve felt what so many of us have felt - frustrated, under-confident, and ready to give up on their skin.
By sharing their stories, we’re sending a message: skin confidence is possible, and we’re going to keep on celebrating it.
