Anyone can join! Simply create an account, and you’ll start earning points immediately.

The longer you’re with us, the more rewards you earn. Here’s how it works:
● Year One: Earn 5 points per £1 spent; get 5% off with 200 points; receive 100 birthday points.

5. Do I have to wait a year to get more rewards?
No, you don’t have to wait! Spend over £100 in a year to move up to Year Two rewards, and spend over £200 to advance to Year Three rewards.

7. How do I get rewarded for introducing someone to 47 Skin?
Refer a friend, and they’ll receive £5 off any order over £40. Once their purchase is complete, you’ll earn enough points for £5 off your next order.

8. What happens if a friend I refer to cancels or returns their order?
If they cancel their order, your points are also canceled. If they return the order because it wasn’t suitable for their skin, you’ll still receive your points within seven days.

9. How do I check how many points I have?
Log in to your account, and your points will be displayed at the top of every page.

Log in to your account, go to ‘Redeem Points,’ and select your discount. If you have enough points, you can redeem them immediately.

11. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No, there’s no limit! Earn points on every purchase.

12. What do the labels ‘Approved,’ ‘Pending,’ and ‘Canceled’ mean for my points?
● Approved: Points are verified and ready to use.
● Pending: Points are awaiting verification, usually for purchases or referrals.
● Canceled: Points were removed due to a canceled purchase.

13. Will my points ever expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they’re earned. Be sure to redeem them before they expire.

14. Can I use my points with a discount code?
Points cannot be combined with other discounts on the same purchase, but you’ll still earn points on discounted items.

Points may decrease if they expire after 12 months, if you cancel or return a purchase, or if a referred friend cancels their order.

Our shipping costs are as follows:
● Standard Shipping: £4.49, with delivery within 48 hours from dispatch
● Priority Shipping: £6.95, with 24-hour delivery
● Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £50
● International delivery: £10.95, with delivery between 7-14 business days

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Yes, we ship internationally with a flat rate of £10.95. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 working days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that any taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local government and are collected upon delivery.

6. Why don’t my products have seals?
In order to ensure our packaging is sustainable and eco-friendly some products may not come with seals. Rest assured, all items are brand new and safe to use and the packaging has been tested to ensure our product remains the high quality expected from us.

7. What should I do if I receive a faulty or leaking item?
On the rare occasion you receive a faulty or leaking product, please contact customer care with photographs of how the order arrived and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

2. Should I try 47 Skin if I have a shellfish allergy?
Our patented 47 Skin formula contains Chitoderm which is derived from the shell of shellfish. The shells are deproteinised and therefore do not contain shellfish per se, but if you have a known allergy we would not advise you to use our products.
For any other allergies please talk to your Health provider before trying any of our products to make sure this is suitable for you. You can find the ingredients list for all of our products on the website.

3. From what age are 47 Skin products safe to use?
Most of our products are safe for use from age 3 and up. For specific age recommendations, please refer to individual product details.

5. Can I use your products if I am taking a prescription for my skin?
Whilst our products are safe to use with the majority of prescription medication, we would always recommend contacting your healthcare provider ahead of adding any additional topical treatment alongside a prescription.

No, we do not test on animals. All our products are cruelty-free.

7. Can I use 47 Skin during pregnancy or while nursing?
Whilst the individual ingredients should not pose a hazard we would always recommend checking with your health care professional based on your individual circumstances. Products that contain Salicylic Acid and Azelaic Acid must not be used if trying to get pregnant, are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding.

8. Are 47 Skin products vegan-friendly?
While our products use Silver Chitoderm, which is derived from crustacean shells, these shells are repurposed from the food industry, ensuring no harm to the crustaceans. This approach helps recycle materials that would otherwise be discarded, making it an eco-friendly option.

9. Are 47 Skin products fragranced?
Our products do not contain any fragrances but some do have essential oils. Essential oils are natural products with no synthetic ingredients. Please check the ingredient list of each product for specific information.

10. Do you offer samples?

11. I think I’ve had a reaction to a product. What should I do?
If you experience a reaction, stop using the product immediately rinse the product off and consult your healthcare provider. Also, contact our customer care team for further assistance.

13. How do I store your products?
Store your 47 Skin products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most of our products have a 12-month shelf life from opening as listed on the packaging.

14. Are your products non-comedogenic?
Yes, all of our products are formulated to be non-comedogenic, so they won’t clog pores.

15. How do I conduct an at-home patch test?
To perform a patch test at home, follow these steps:
1. Apply: Dab a small amount of the product on a clean area of skin, such as the inside of your wrist or behind your ear.
2. Wait: Leave the product on for 24 hours without washing it off.
3. Check: After 24 hours, look for any redness, itching, or irritation. If you experience any reaction, avoid using the product. If there’s no reaction, it should be safe to apply it more broadly.
