• Direct purchase - Orders placed via third-party resellers including Amazon, Boots & Harrods are not eligible for the guarantee.
• Used for at least 30 days – You must try the product for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a refund.
• Refund request between day 30 and day 47 – Refunds can only be requested within this time frame.
• One unit per product type – We only allow refunds on one unit per product type.
• UK & US orders only – This guarantee is not available for international orders.
