Promotion Overview
This Black Friday Discount is available from 1st November 2024 at 7am GMT for early bird access and 9am for all customers and is subject to end at any point outlined by 47 Skin LTD. During this period, customers can receive a discount of 20% on eligible products.
Eligibility
The discount applies only to purchases made directly through the website of www.47skin.com and www.us.47skin.com. The offer is valid for all customers and the discount will automatically be applied to your order on eligible items. The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Product Exclusions
The discount does not apply to any trial sized products. Limited stock items may be excluded and are subject to availability. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, offer, code, certificate, or coupon (including SALE and the purchase of gift cards).
Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased with the Black Friday discount are subject to our standard return and exchange policy as well as our moneyback guarantee, which can be found at https://47skin.com/pages/returns-policy and https://47skin.com/pages/money-back-guarantee
If an item is returned, the discount will be deducted from the total refund amount. For support with arranging a return please contact customercare@47skin.com.
Changes and Cancellations
47 Skin LTD reserves the right at our discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or amend the offer and these T&Cs at any time and without notice.
Limitation of Liability
47 Skin LTD is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent customers from participating in the promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of 47 Skin LTD is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Subscriptions
Any subscription orders placed during the Black Friday campaign will be charged with a 20% discount for the initial order however subsequential orders will have the usual 14% discount applied.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

US Standard Delivery

Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 working days; and sent via DHL or FedEx SmartPost. Delivery will take from 5-7 working days after dispatched depending on the location. You will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once your packages(s) have been shipped from our US location.

Tracking:
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Refunds and Returns
Only products purchased through us.47skin.com website can be returned for a refund or exchange.

If an error is made 47 Skin will exchange your product for a different product upon return of the original item. The original item must be un-opened and saleable, the consumer is responsible for shipping and additional postage charges.
If you react to the product a refund or exchange is available.

All products must be returned to: 47 Skin, 365 E North Ave, Carol Stream, IL 60188. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Should a product be damaged during transit 47 Skin will provide an exchange or full refund. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

In every case original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 of receipt for 47 Skin to issue any refund or exchange. Please email customercare@47skin.com In advance of your intention to return or exchange a product.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by 47 Skin. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
47 Skin will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
