Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 working days; sent via Royal Mail, delivery will take from 5-7 working days dependant on the location.

Refunds and Returns 

 

1. Only products purchased through 47skin.comwebsite can be returned for a refund or exchange.

 

2. If an error is made 47 Skin will exchange your product for a different product upon return of the original item. The original item must be un-opened and saleable, the consumer is responsible for shipping and additional postage charges.

 

3. If you react to the product a refund or exchange is available.

 

4. All products must be returned to: 47 Skin, 2^ndFloor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
   
   

 

5. Should a product be damaged during transit 47 Skin will provide an exchange or full refund. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched products and a refund will be issed through the method used for payment.

7. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by 47 Skin. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
