Log into your 47 Skin account and head to ‘My Subscriptions’. From there, you’ll be able to edit your products, frequency, delivery date, and more.
In the unlikely event this happens, we’ll let you know over email and won’t charge you for it. As soon as we have more of it, we’ll send it straight to you.
Yes, any time. Go to ‘My Subscriptions’ on your 47 Skin account, click on the product in question and select either ‘Pause’ or ‘Skip’.
If you skip, we won’t deliver the product to you for your next scheduled date. But we’ll pick things up again from the delivery after that.
If you pause, we’ll stop deliveries completely, until you decide to unpause.
Of course. Head to ‘My Subscriptions’ on your 47 Skin account, click on the product you’d like to cancel, and select ‘Cancel’.
