I'm Nic, founder of 47 Skin. I’d been suffering from spots and breakouts for over ten years, when a parcel arrived out of the blue from my Grandma.
I’d tried what felt like every single product and salon treatment under the sun, and spent thousands of pounds. Nothing worked. My acne was so bad for the last four years, and I tried everything on the market, including prescription skincare from my GP.
I started with the treatment serum sample size, and after a week, I saw a drastic improvement in my cystic acne. I did go through a "purge" stage, but I stuck with the serum, and now my bad cysts have cleared up, and my scars are fading. I also use the body moisturiser for my back acne, which has helped a lot.
I have another skin condition called Hidradenitis, and I decided to take a chance and try the treatment serum on that. After two years of constant swelling and pus, it finally cleared up. I had even undergone a failed surgery on that area, which didn’t work.

My name’s Abigail. I’m now 33 years old and a mother of 2. My skin hit rock bottom after my first child. It is tolerated very well by most skin types. We recommend you do a patch test 24 hrs before using any new product just to make sure it suits your skin.

All ingredients in our products are used at safe level percentages determined by European safety standards. All of our products carry full CPSR’s (Cosmetic Product Safety Reports).
Some customers do, but we recommend you do a patch test first as retinol can make your skin more sensitive to other skincare products.

Our Anti-Breakout & Scar Repair Serum does contain a very small amount of lactic acid but with this small amount and taking into consideration the pH of the serum the risk of sun sensitivity is likely very low, however we do recommend you protect your skin from the sun and wear a daily sunscreen whilst using our products.
