Silver Ticket Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: 47 Skin Ltd (“47 Skin”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Campaign Name: Silver Ticket Campaign (the “Campaign”).

1. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 00:00 GMT on 2 December 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 19 December 2025 (the “Campaign Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open only to customers who: Place an order on 47skin.com during the Campaign Period; and Have a delivery address in the United Kingdom or the United States.Exclusions: Employees of 47 Skin, its affiliated companies, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with this Campaign, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
Any order over £30 in UK or $45 in the USA (the “Qualifying Spend”) placed during the Campaign Period will be automatically entered into the Campaign.
No additional action is required to enter.

Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Multiple qualifying orders = multiple entries.Important: Returns that reduce an order below the Qualifying Spend may invalidate that entry.

4. Winner Selection & Number of Winners
47 qualifying orders will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Campaign Period ends.
Random selection will be conducted fairly using an independent process or verifiable randomisation method.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes
A total prize pool will be awarded to 47 winners. The prize pool includes:
One (1) Grand Prize: Spa day for two (details provided to the winner on claim).
E-Gift Cards: 47 Skin e-gift cards in varying denominations in GBP and USD.
Indicative e-gift card denominations include: £30, £40, £50, £60, £80, £100 and $45, $50, $55, $60, $100.
The exact allocation per winner will be assigned in the order drawn from the prize pool.

Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary (e.g., stock or availability constraints).
E-gift cards are valid only on 47skin.com and subject to standard gift card terms.

6. Notification & Claiming Prizes Winners will receive a Silver Ticket with a unique code inside their order.
To claim a prize, the winner must email customercare@47skin.com
with: The unique code printed on the Silver Ticket, and Proof of purchase/order number.

Claim Deadline:
Prizes must be claimed by 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2026 (the “Claim Deadline”).
Unclaimed prizes after this date will be forfeited.

7. Verification
We may request additional information to verify eligibility and compliance with these terms (e.g., confirming order details and delivery address). If verification is not provided within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

8.Returns & Cancellations
If an order is returned or cancelled and no longer meets the Qualifying Spend, the entry will be void and any associated prize claim may be withdrawn.

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for administering this Campaign, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General
We reserve the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

The Campaign is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and US participants agree to local law application where required.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
